Overtime Premium Hours
Steps
- From selection screen, choose desired parameters. Default Reporting Period is Today.
- Choose the Reporting Period and enter additional search criteria if desired (Recommend running report by Payroll Period).
- Click Submit to run the report.
The report displays the calculated overtime hours per person and how the hours will be distributed amongst their assignments.
Download Instructions
- Click Excel button
- Choose Text with Tabs from the pop-up
- Click Continue
- Name the file and choose Spreadsheet (for Excel) or Text Files from the Save As options.
- Click OK and the file will save in your Downloads folder. You can then move it or open and resave to your designated file location.
When finished, click back arrow, log out, or search for another application.
